Technical Support

The Technical and Support team can be contacted via telephone on +44 (0)1534 884004 or email during normal office hours. Customers can also create 'Support Tickets' via the Merchant Panel. A member of the support team will reply upon receiving the support ticket which will only be monitored and/or actioned between the hours of 08:30 - 17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays.

Service affecting faults outside normal working hours need to be reported to the CityPay 24 hour emergency support line on +44 (0)1534 884004.
